The RM-1.0 non-drive cantilever unwinder of rolled metal (strip) is designed for unwinding metal tape wound into a roll weighing up to 1000 kg and a strip width of up to 200 mm.

It is used in conjunction with profiling machines, presses, guillotines.

The unwinder has a roll self-centering system, as well as a roll unwinding prevention system by inertia.

A brief description of the cutting devices for the profile

The electromechanical cut-off press PO-115 is designed for cutting the finished profile "Picket fence bar 115 * 18" to a measured length. It is used in conjunction with profiling machines.

The press is installed at the end of the profiling machine and operates according to the corresponding scheme of the latter by means of limit switches. Cutting occurs segmentally, one edge of the profile is smooth, the other with bevels at the edges.

Brief description of the bending press for fence panels

The bending press is designed for the manufacture of stiffeners on the fence panel. The width of the press is up to 3.0 meters. Drive from hydraulic cylinders. The pressing force is up to 30 ts.

Brief description of the guillotine for cutting the grid

The GP-100/200 guillotine is designed for cutting finished mesh fabric from rods up to 6.0 mm in measured length. It is used in conjunction with contact welding machines.

The guillotine is installed behind the welding machine at the outlet of the welded mesh web. Cutting occurs when a signal is applied to a measured length.
